Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — they govern your account, bonuses, payments, and gaming activities.

Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ns444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and all registered users of this platform ("you", "user"). By creating an account on ns444 or using the platform, you are legally agreeing to all of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.

Section 2

User Eligibility

To open an account on ns444 and enjoy gaming services, the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old. The platform is for those aged 21 or above only.
You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
You will open an account in your own name and provide genuine, accurate information.
One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

If any user opens an account with false information or violates any of the above conditions, ns444 reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To create an account on ns444, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Verification

ns444 may request identity documents or other records from you at any time for identity verification purposes. This process is essential to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. If verification is not completed within the specified time, temporary restrictions may be placed on the account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ns444 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The same rules apply for each method. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

Deposits below the minimum limit will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Once a withdrawal request is verified, it is sent directly to your account via the selected payment method. The mobile number used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.

4.4 Transaction Verification

ns444 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction. In the case of suspicious or unusual activity, we may temporarily hold a transaction and request further information.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ns444, you will receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making your total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonus funds are used before deposited funds, and the order in which the balance is drawn down is fixed.
A player may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
ns444 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering has been completed.

5.4 VIP Program

The ns444 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Staying regularly active and playing more gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns444 platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Misuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
Operating games through automated software, bots, or artificial means.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
Collusion or match-fixing against other users.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Making deposits with false information or using another person's credit.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, ns444 may immediately suspend or close the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Fair Play & Security

7.1 Fair Play

ns444 uses software from established game providers to ensure fairness across all games. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

7.2 Data Security

ns444 uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity practices to keep your personal and financial information secure. We never sell your information to third parties.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Games and content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) are subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

ns444 strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, we are not liable for the following:

Service interruptions caused by internet or network issues.
Errors or delays from third-party payment services.
Hardware or software issues on your device.
Any loss caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

Winning or losing in gaming depends entirely on chance. We cannot guarantee any winnings and make no such claim.

Section 10

Amendment & Termination of Terms

10.1 Changes to Terms

ns444 may change, update or revise these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms.

10.2 Termination of Agreement

Either you or ns444 may terminate this agreement at any time. The provisions of Sections 6, 8 and 9 will remain in effect even after account closure or termination of the agreement.

If any dispute or complaint arises, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all issues in a friendly and fair manner.

ns444 reserves the right to rely on log files, transaction records, and other technical data when making decisions in any dispute. Records stored in our system will be treated as final evidence.

If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, both parties may mutually agree to pursue mediation.
